Md. Ashfakuzzoha is a well-established legal practitioner with years of extensive experience spanning both in-house legal counsel roles and litigation-based practices. He’s known for his exceptional ability to forge strong professional connections, meticulously identify complex legal issues, and establish resolute solutions.

From July 2011 to April 2015, Mr. Ashfakuzzoha served at a reputed law firm where he provided comprehensive legal opinions to prominent clients including IDLC, BAPEX, BRAC Bank, BGIC, Arla Food, and Monno Ceramic. His work encompassed vetting sale deeds, drafting various commercial contracts, verifying loan-related documents, issuing legal notices, and offering legal support on a matter to the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC).

He has developed significant expertise in arbitration and conducted numbers of civil suits before the subordinate courts. He expanded his litigation to include judicial review, and civil litigation and criminal law, labour and employment law, the Public Procurement matters, company law, intellectual property, and IT law.

In 2018, Mr. Ashfakuzzoha was promoted to the position of Senior Associate at Azad & Company, where he advised an array of corporate and public sector clients such as Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Limited and Dhaka South City Corporation.
